why does the bcmwl5webconfd bind to 0.0.0.0:18020 and not
127.0.0.1:18020. The later would be more secure.

Does this have to be running for the card to work or does it just make
life easier. if it is the later please refer to the above.

Is there anyway I can change the perl script to get it to bind to
127.0.0.1
