DriverLoader's halt procedures have been improved in 1.41 (we are now at
1.42).

Yes, with my Fujitsu Lifebook S6000D (same chipset, but it's
onboard, not a separate card).  I can connect just fine to our
local WLAN (DHCP and protected with a security key).

However, I cannot disconnect.  Attempts to deactivate the
connection result in the hanging of all network actions (e.g.
ifconfig hangs) from that point on - including the network
deactivation that occurs during system shutdown...
(Still a problem with 1.25 version).
