Hi,
to set the WEP key with "s:", the password needs to have the correct length or
else it will report and error. You should try with 8, 12 or 16 characters; it
depends on the NDIS driver. Sometimes, you might be forced to set the key
with the HEX value (e.g. 4E984D9F7EDD8996BC2AEB5DEB).
Try to set your access point and your adapter without WEP or other special
settings like MAC address filtering to make sure that you can connect
properly. If possible, it is a good idea to reset the AP's configuration and
test with the default settings.
You should also try with the latest Windows XP driver from Belkin for Broadcom
wireless adapters.

When you uncompress the ".exe" file with "unzip", "unrar" or "winzip", the
driver will be in "program files/Belkin/Belkin 54Mbps Wireless
Utility/Driver".
Before uploading the INF file (bcmwl5.ntf) through the web interface, edit it
to add your PCI ID under "[BROADCOM]" near the top.
Since your card's PCI ID is "14e4:4320" and the sub PCI ID is "1737:0013", you
need to add the following line.
---
%BCM430G_DeviceDesc% = BCM43XG, PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4320&SUBSYS_00131737
---
Please note that we are now at version 1.47.

This might also fix the problem that you experienced under Mandrake 9.1.
