Hi,
you seem to have a Broadcom based adapter. However, you have the wrong
Windows XP driver in '/var/lib/driverloader'. You actually have two drivers:
one is for an Intel Centrino and the other is for a different Broadcom based
card.
This is the output from "lspci".
---
02:03.0 Network controller: Broadcom Corporation: Unknown device 4324 (rev
02)
Subsystem: Dell Computer Corporation: Unknown device 0001
Flags: bus master, fast devsel, latency 32, IRQ 11
-
02:03.0 Class 0280: 14e4:4324 (rev 02)
Subsystem: 1028:0001
---
You should try with the latest NDIS (Windows XP) driver from Belkin for
Broadcom wireless adapters. Belkin usually provides the newest driver. I
suggested removing the current files in '/var/lib/driverloader' first. You
can use the following link.
http://web.belkin.com/support/download/download.asp?download=F5D7000&lang=1&mode=
When you uncompress the ".exe" file with "unzip", "unrar" or "winzip", the
driver files will be in "program files/Belkin/Belkin 54Mbps Wireless
Utility/Driver".
Before uploading the INF file (bcmwl5.ntf) through the web interface, you
must edit it to add your PCI ID under "[BROADCOM]" near the top.
Since your card's PCI ID is "14e4:4324" and the sub PCI ID is "1028:0001",
you need to add the following line.
---
%BCM430G_DeviceDesc% = BCM43XG, PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4324&SUBSYS_00011028
---
You should also add the parameter "TYPE=Wireless" to
'/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth1'.

Hello,
Can't seem to get Linuxant to see my wireless device. Not sure what to
do. Here is my "dldrconfig --dumpdiag" file.
Any help would be appreciated.
