This all looks good, assuming that eth1 is your wireless card. It
probably is since Mdk starts PCMCIA after the network service so by
default the PCMCIA card will be the second eth device.
You say that you don't think it's DNS, but try a few things and paste
the results here:
cat /etc/resolv.conf (before the DHCP and after)
host www.yahoo.com
dig +trace www.yahoo.com
grep hosts: /etc/nsswitch.conf
cat /proc/cmdline (want to see if you have apic or local apic or acpi
enabled or disabled)
