[driverloader] tnetw1130 not loading

I have a sony vaio laptop with Mandrake 9.2.  The card doesn't want
to load and is giving a message about
'export not found' srand (ntoskrnl.exe)

According to the linuxant website, this card is supposed to work,
but I have no luck, in fact I have never actually seen the linuxant
driverloader work as it always fails for me on various computers.
This time it isn't even loading the driverloader module.  Could this
problem be related to APCI?  I just have no idea what to even test.
