[driverloader] DLink DWL-650 rev P support?

The confusion comes from the fact that there are so many variants of 
the DWL-650. We support the DWL-G650 and perhaps others which are 
32-bit CardBus (with a gold-strip on the connector) but not those like 
the DWL-650 Rev P which are 16-bit PCMCIA (no gold-strip on the 
connector).
