Sure, the 1.6.0.47 driver distributed by Toshiba will probably work on 
your IBM notebook.

It is available from:

http://cdgenp01.csd.toshiba.com/content/support/downloads/tm2wlanx.exe

tm2wlanx.exe can be extracted under Linux using unzip. The files needed 
for the Intel PRO/Wireless 2100 are w70n51.inf   w70n51.sys in 
directory Intel/bab/.
