[driverloader] Does WPA work on all chip sets driverloader supports?

I would like to start using WPA so downloaded and installed the
wpa_supplicant software.
However, when I tried running it, I got the following error
# ./wpa_supplicant -iwlan0 -cwpa_supplicant.conf
ioctl[PRISM2_IOCTL_PRISM2_PARAM]: Operation not supported
Failed to enable WPA in the driver.
Reading the wpa_supplicant readme more carefully, I see that it does
imply that wpa_supplicant requires a prism2 chipset. I have a Netgear
WAG511 (atheros) chipset.
Any ideas...
Thanks
Scott
