[driverloader] connection refused...

I'm having problems telling driverloader where my
driver files are located.

After I login as root and after a successful install,
I type 

dldrconfig -license=<the license linuxant gave me>

then, I point my browser to 127.0.0.1:18020 and I get
a connection  refused.   If I point it to 127.0.0.1, I
 get the default apache fedora core web   page.  So,
I'm using redhat fedora core V9 and hope to use the 
linksys wpc54g pcmcia wireless  card.

Any ideas?  I also sent the same question with  the
dldrconfig dumpdiag file to support at linuxant.com
