Do you mean you are trying to see the hardware from within the VM itself?
VMware can't emulate your wireless card. You need to enable NAT in the VM or
bridge it to your ethernet device (as you can not bridge to the wireless
card).

I'm running a BenQ Joybook 5000U with a centrino chipset and Windows XP
Home. 
I use vmare workstation to simulate a virtual machine where SuSE 9.0 is
installed an working fine. After I installed the driverloader and uploaded
the Windows driver the web frontend still says no devices found! 
What can I do to solve this problem?
