[driverloader] 1.76 crashes on Inspiron 8600 and SuSE 9.1

Hi Jimmy,

For distributions based on the 2.6 kernel, the options line should be 
added to /etc/modprobe.conf instead of /etc/modules.conf

On SuSE 9.1, it might even be better to put it in 
/etc/modprobe.conf.local since /etc/modprobe.conf might be dynamically 
generated.
