How do I set it start 'Automatically' when eth0 is unplugged.

Ok, I understand this, however:
1. Disable eth0
2. Execute dldrconfig --netdevname=wlan0
3. Change the "default startup net device" to be wlan0?
How do I complete steps 1 & 2?
