[driverloader] kernel error with asus centrino

Hi,

in other words, you experience stability problems. Please try with 
different versions of the Windows XP driver to see if there is a difference.

The line you have quoted in your 'dmesg' is not an error or a warning 
message, this is a message generated by the PCI and/or ACPI subsystems 
in the kernel to show the allocation of an interrupt for the 
'0000:02:02.0' PCI device. If the problem was IRQ related, in this case, 
it's likely that you would not be able to use your wireless device at all.
