transmit timed out"

Hi,
I just purchased a second license for DriverLoader and I have some
serious problems.
I didn't have any problem installing it or even configuring it to work
with "wpa_supplicant", but the connection to my AP keeps failing and
this is the error I constantly see in the syslog when the disconnect
happens:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Feb 12 13:36:31 localhost kernel: NETDEV WATCHDOG: eth4: transmit timed out
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I tried many things, from fiddling with parameters in the ifcfg script
for the eth4
device, up to modifying the linux boot command line (making sure no ACPI or
APIC options are turned on at startup.
As it stands now, the connection holds only for a few minutes and it is not a
viable option.
Thanks,
