[driverloader] D-Link DWL-650 Rev.P1

Hi,

according to the dump you have sent to support at linuxant.com, it seems 
that the D-Link DWL-650 Rev.P1 is a 16-bit PCMCIA wireless card and only 
32-bit PCMCIA (CardBus) wireless cards are currently supported by 
DriverLoader.
