Hi,

there is a known crash problem with the HSF modem driver and it is
possible that you are affected. It is also possible that you have a
kernel option enabled in your kernel which could be problematic with the
HSF modem driver.

Please send at support at linuxant.com the output of 'dumpdiag'. Type the
following in a root shell:

---
hsfconfig --dumpdiag
---

If the previous command crashes your machine, please try this one instead:

---
hsfconfig --dumpdiag --noprobe
---

Just send us the generated file located in /tmp ('hsfdiag.txt').

You should also send us your kernel configuration file (.config) if you
are using a custom compiled kernel.

All this information will help us solve the problem.
