Hi,

in the first email you have sent to the list, we can see that you are 
not associated (connected) to the access point because we can't see the 
MAC address of an access point in the output of the 'iwconfig' command 
while the wireless interface is configured.

You could try to disable WEP to see if this is the source of the 
problem. You could also try with different versions of the Windows XP 
driver.

Finally, you could try with a kernel compiled without the CONFIG_PREEMPT 
option. We have greatly improved support for the PREEMPT option in 
DriverLoader 2.28 but it's still not perfect.
