Hi,
we can see the following errors in your 'dmesg':
---
PCI: No IRQ known for interrupt pin A of device 0000:06:00.0. Please try
using pci=biosirq.
0000:06:00.0: cache line size not set; forcing 8
driverloader: NdisWriteErrorLogEntry: ErrorCode=DRIVER_FAILURE
NumberOfErrorValues=1
driverloader: NdisWriteErrorLogEntry: ErrorValue 0=0x0000000a
eth1: failed to initialize adapter (err = -5)
eth1: Failed to register net device (-5)
---
It seems that your system have a important IRQ routing problem in the
Linux kernel. Since you have the option 'apci=ht' on your kernel command
line, please remove it to see if there is a difference. You can do this
by manually changing the kernel command line or use the Mandrake Control
Center to fully enable ACPI.
If it doesn't work, you could try to add the 'pci=biosirq' kernel boot
parameter, as suggested by the kernel, to see if there is a difference.
