[driverloader] no IPv6 routers present

Hi,
for the permissions under SuSE, since this is an issue which can be
specific to SuSE, I do not have a definitive answer on that.
The only thing I can tell you is that the init. scripts are run by root
so the ownership of the files does not matter when the wireless device
is activated on boot. In other words, the permission chance is likely
not needed to be able to activate the device on boot.
