[driverloader] CLI web browser & driverloader install

the dldrinstall.run script is nice...but I don't have an internet
connection on the pc that's wireless until I install the drivers.  I
have the .gz package, untar, make install, and sh dldrconfig.  How can
I set this up for a tty session?
