Hi,

you have correctly identified the source of the problem. We do offer 
pre-compiled 16K stacks kernel packages for RHEL5 and CentOS, they can 
be downloaded at:

http://www.linuxant.com/driverloader/wlan/full/downloads-rhel5-kernel-x86.php

You should install one of these kernels, boot it and try again to use 
DriverLoader again.
