[hcflinux] No dial tone

Hi, 

I had the same problems as the others with "modem Busy" after editing
linuxres.c as suggested i got as far the i actually got a respond from the
modem, but now when i try to dial i get No Dialtone.

Any other suggestions then  mentioned before as i tried it all.
