[hcflinux] e-tech pci56rwm-busy error

Hey,

I'm new to linux so I hope somebody can help me out.
I was very happy to find the drivers for the conexant chipset.
The problem is that after installing and using the internet dialer, I get
the error: modem busy.
The vendor ID = 14F1
The device ID = 1085
subv. ID = 14F1
subd. ID = 1085
IRQ = 5
I noticed that my USB ports use the same IRQ could this be the problem ?
I don't have any devices attached to the USB.

I hope someone can help me out here,
