[hcflinux] Vendor: 14F1 Device: 1033 Major crash on startup

   Hi,
  Everything goes fine...it IDs my modem, builds modules all without a 
hitch...open up KPPP, click connect and WHAM!  Total crash.  I have to 
completely reboot.
   Has anyone got a SupraMax 56K PCI modem to work (Vendor and Device above) 
?  If so, let me in on your secret!  PLEEEASE!
