Hi Bob,
hcfconfig -i reads:
Country name: AUSTRALIA, T.35 code: 0009
PCI Modem vendor-id: 14F1, device-id: 1033
PCI Modem subvendor-id: 13E0, subdevice-id: 02B0
Driver inf filename: /etc/hcf/inf/linux_generic_hcf.inf
The permissions are rw-rw-rw- for /dev/modem, /dev/ttySHCF0 and /dev/cuaHCF0.
All the drivers you named exist.
I attempted to use minicom, but it gave me the same error that ppp did:
minicom: cannot open /dev/ttySHCF0: No such device
The same area comes up if i try use /dev/modem instead, so I'm kind of stuck.
If you still know what to do, pass it. Cheers.
Daniel
