[hcflinux] It doesn't work...because of the VERY slow velocity...

I have a 127a:1002 (Boca winstorm 56k v90 and kflex) ...and...it connects at 56k...but when i try to 
visit some site or do anything like telnet, ssh or anything.... it gives me a transfer rate VERY ,VERY slow....very below 1ks.... so...i can´t use it...because it doesn't appear anything.

Anyone has this problem..????
