[hcflinux] Redhat 8.0, mandrake 9.0

Redhat 8.0 still uses the 2.4.18 kernel, but the package has a newer
revision (2.4.18-14).

The next HCF driver release (to appear shortly) should include precompiled
binary packages for both Redhat 8.0 and Mandrake 9.0.
