Hi, have you tried the latest version 0.98 driver?
Also, you might try compiling the generic or src rpm on your machine if you
are able to do that. I find I get the best results with the fewest hangups
when I compile the driver from the src rpm.
HTH.

Hi all,
I'm using the HCF driver 0.97mbsibeta02070500. My modem has PCI
device/vendor ID as 14F1:1053. The modem is detected and dialing
properly however, but when the modem is used heavily (downloading
stuff),
the connection will be dropped. Sometimes I can have 10-15 minutes
connection time, sometimes up to 40 minutes.
Is this a known issue? Any way to get around that?
Thanks,
Gary
