[hcflinux] Problems dialing out...

Yes, I tried substituting the FLAGS and RELAYS from the windows .inf
file, but neglected to change them to 32 bit values. As a result I
cannot hear the dialtone for the line at all now.
I'll change these to 32 bit values and let you know of the result.
