Hi,
look for a ".cty" and/or ".inf" file included with your Windows modem driver
(you might have both) and then find the lines starting with:
"HKR,OEM,FLAGS,1,"
"HKR,Country\XX,RELAYS,1,"
"HKR,Country\XX,FLAGS,1,"
"XX" has to be replaced with your specific country code (search for your
country name in the file).
Once you found the settings, you need to import them in the INF files under
Linux. You don't add anything; you just need to replace the existing
parameters.
With the HCF driver, you have to edit "current.inf" for the "OEM" settings
and "current.cty" for the "Country" settings. These files are found in
"/etc/hcfpci". Please note that they get overwritten if you reconfigure the
modem driver.
After editing the files, make sure you run "hcfpcistop" to reload the driver
modules.
Please let us know about your results.

Hi Jean-Simon,
