[hcflinux] Re: problem with final release & Mdk 9.1?

Marc, Angus,

The final release licensed driver will compile/install OK for me on 9.1 when
I use the tarball. This is now my standard route as I switch between
different flavours of Linux.

Yes, it does seem to be a mystery Marc. I will continue to use the last beta
version, unless I can determine what is amiss here that is preventing the
final from working for me. The beta works extremely well anyway. I will
check out the noapic boot option.
I expect that Mandrake 9.2 will be in final release soon, so I may have
better results getting the final release to work after an upgrade.(?)

I will putter away at it in the mean time. If you get any ideas for
something else that I can try, please let me know? :-)
