Hi,
it seems that the right country is selected and you have attempted to
use the 'AT &F X3' init. string without success.
It is possible that this is an IRQ related issue. Since your kernel was
compiled with ACPI support, please try to boot with the 'pci=noacpi'
kernel boot parameter to see if there is a difference. This parameter
will disable to use of ACPI for PCI IRQ routing, which is required on
some machines.
