[hcflinux] False "Busy signal detected" error

Hi,

you should try with the same initialization string with HylaFax that you 
have successfully used with 'minicom'. Alternatively, you could try with 
the 'AT &F X1' init. string with HylaFax.

You should also make sure that the right country is selected with the 
'hcfpciconfig --country' command in a root shell.
