[hcflinux] False "Busy signal detected" error

Hi,
if you are behind a PBX or similar equipment, please try without it to
see if there is a difference.
You could also try to make a non-FAX dial up connection just to make
sure that the FAX feature is not the source of the problem.
Finally, you could try under Windows with the same setup to see if you
have the same problem or not.
