I seek /dev/ttyACM? but I don't find it!

I would make ttyACM0 by mknod but I don't know major-minor number 
device. Can you write me major and minor please?

So, I will try to use ttyACM0,1,2,3,4,5 for faxing. After I will write 
to this list my experience!
