recently described: I installed the driver using RPM and the hcfpciconfig
script hangs after the automatic hardware detection prompt.</FONT></DIV>

0.93 driver. After performing a clean "workstation" install of RH 8.0 (not

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I am using RH 8.0, kernel 2.4.18-14, the output of
"rpm -q --qf '%{ARCH}\n' kernel" is i686. My modem is a 14F1:1036.
