my "stupid" modem (HCF Rockwell 56K). I installed the rpm I found in the
Conexant website, the one for my kernel version (2.4.19-16mdk Mandrake 9.0). The
installation works well (or so it seems), but in the /dev directory the
/ttySHCF0 device is absent...</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>So I tried to follow the HCF Driver FAQ, running
"dmesg", and this is the result:</FONT></DIV>
