I have a Taicom MR56PVS-RSI (HSF, softmodem, vendor ID 127A, device ID 2015,
revision ID 01) on an Asus A7A266-E motherboard and an Athlon 1500+
processor. I'm running Debian woody (kernel 2.4.18, self-compiled) and have
been trying to connect to my ISP for a week now. I've tryed with wvdial and
Debian's pppconfig, same result. The driver and the kernel modules install
perfectly, wvdialconf detects the modem and it's strings. Here's wvdial's
output:

Any ideas, please? After getting myself a GeForce2 I'm kind of broke,
specially for a new modem ;-(
