[hsflinux] various problems

Hi
I am running mandrake 8.2 on a siemens amilo P4 machine w. hsflinmodem 
last version
I have the following problems:
1) sometimes it reboots, as described earlier
2) each time I shutdown I have to rpm -e hsflinmodem and reinstall at 
reboot otherwise the dialler hangs the computer
3) after  abt one mbyte transferred it stops working
4) other times it says no dial tone

Any idea?
