[hsflinux] Newest release (30 Aug) doesn't recognize dial tone

A bit sheepishly (I think) I have to confess that when I'm connected
via adsl the dial-up doesn't work... this may be something you want to
set up an error message for. Apparently, when I'm not connected via
ADSL it seems to work fine.
