[hsflinux] Help about installing Conexant Modem

Dear sir,

  I have redhat 7.2 ftp edition. And a conexant internal modem. I downloaded a driver for that modem from http://www.mbsi.ca/cnxtlindrv/hsf/downloads-rh-i686.html . as I have a P4 computer. 

After I tried to install it using RPM as discribed in web site. I didnt find the modem in the /dev directory. Can I have some help from your side about this problem? I cant use internet in linux.
