[hsflinux] Install problem

Hi
I tried to install a Conexant HSF Data/Fax/TAM modem on my PC with Red Hat 8.0
Everything seems to go right during install.
I have also configured my internet dial up parameters.
But then when I open the web browser and type for example www.yahoo.com, it does not dial any number and just says "web page not found" or something like that.
I guess I forgot one step in the config process - could someone please help me ?
