[hsflinux] Problem installing hsf modem (RH 8.0)

Hi
I have installed the driver and everything seemed fine but the modem won't dial
I have tried "modprobe /dev/ttySHSF"
and here is what I get :

I am a newbie to linux, so I wonder what's wrong.
Could someone help me please ?
