[hsflinux] +FCLASS=X with X<>0 fails

I suspect that fixes to your problems are in the works somewhere but
as the limitations page states:
- Fax and Voice support (PCI version only) are still preliminary and
have not yet been sufficiently tested.
Looks like you can get it to turn off but anything else is not yet
working.
