[hsflinux] Kernel 2.4.19 and HSF drivers

For anyone interested, kernel.org kernel 2.4.19 works well on my Compaq
Presario 700EA, one day's experience. I regard this as a minor upgrade.

I avoid kernel 2.5.x as the pest, since 2.5 is an unstable version.
Although kernel 2.4.20 is available, this is a pre release and I can't
afford bugs on my only machine.

- ACPI patch acpi-20020918-2.4.19
- KACPID lost interrupt patch
- hsflinmodem-5.03.03.L3mbsi02093000
- USB enabled, supports my Epson C42UX printer with CUPS/Gimpprint
beautifully
- VIA AC97 Codec sound works without patching this time :-) (no modem
sound, the reason's known)
- Netfilter/iptables works without any extra mods being necessary - and
there are really many probes at the present time that absolutely
necessitate a good firewall.

The present kernel seems to work much better, faster, with the ATA
controller (especially swap) than 2.4.18.

applicable to the kernel, there's tons of brand new other stuff:) and
