The 64GB bit means that the kernel could cope with 64GB RAM, if you had
it.

I don't know. I hate patent (in my case Red Hat) kernels and compile my
own from kernel.org source: It works better, because my machine is my
own, my gcc compiler is my own, my libs are ....
"My" method works for many others to, do you feel up to trying it?
Answer this list before you do it, since you need more besides :-)
