Basically, you have to install the rpm.

'rpm -ivh hsflinnmodem-doc-5.03.27mbsibeta02122600-1'.

Only, I wouldn't install just this version, if I were you. Better is
nmodem-doc-5.03.27mbsibeta02122600-1 from
http://www.mbsi.ca/cnxtlindrv/hsf/archive/?M=D
