[hsflinux] busy signal detected

I'm running a connexant softmodem under a SUSE linux 8.0

I'm also running hylafax 4.1.2

When I connect my phone cable into the modem, with hylafax started or not,  That soundsl like what the telco does when the phone line is off-hook for a length of time with no dials (or after a call has been disconnected).

Here are my different config file and some return of command line :

due to linuxant driver installation, I have these process running :

The result of the probemodem.sh :

Now we are going to probe the tty port.  This takes a few seconds,
so be patient.  Note that if you do not have the modem cabled to
the port, or the modem is turned off, this may hang (just go and
cable up the modem or turn it on, or whatever).
 
Probing for best speed to talk to modem: 38400 OK.
 
This looks like a Class 1 and 1.0 modem.

faxgetty is running I have also exucuted a second time faxaddmodem from hylafax.
