[hsflinux] Error messages and slow connection on SuSE 9.0

I'm getting the same startup errors on SuSE 9.0 with
my laptop (http://www.linuxant.com/pipermail/hsflinux/2003q4/001320.html).
Is there a way to load the driver after the root partition
is RW? Thanks for any help.
